Your Frequency Training moves through five phases. Each phase has a purpose, a duration, and signals you can recognize.
Members often ask "how do I know my statements are imprinted?" or "when will I be anchored?" The answer is partly about the calendar and partly about what you start to notice in how you think, decide, and show up.
Here is the full structure.
The five phases
Phase | Duration | What is happening |
1. Mapping | As long as it takes to complete | You surface your current frequency and generate your blueprint. |
2. Imprinting | 15 days | The new identity statements, beliefs, and certainties begin encoding into your subconscious. |
3. Anchoring | 15 days | You take aligned actions in the world that match your new identity. |
4. Stabilization | 15 days | The new identity becomes the default. Effort drops. |
5. Expansion | Until your next Frequency Mapping | You operate from your elevated baseline. The cycle prepares for the next one. |
The three core training phases run 45 days total (Imprinting, Anchoring, Stabilization). After day 45, you are in Expansion until you start your next Frequency Mapping, which most members do between day 45 and day 90 of training.
The phases overlap more than they separate. The dates give you structure. The signals tell you how the work is actually landing.
1. Imprinting (Days 1 to 15)
Imprinting is when your identity statements stop feeling like words on a page and start feeling like accurate descriptions of who you are.
This is the encoding phase. You write your blueprint by hand each morning. The structured handwriting activates the neuroplasticity mechanism that writes new identity, beliefs, and intentions into the implicit systems generating your behavior.
Signs your statements are imprinting:
The statements come to mind without effort during the day, not just during your training session.
The new statements start to feel true. The older self-descriptions you used to default to start to feel slightly foreign.
You write them faster, with less internal friction, because you are not reaching for them.
You notice yourself making small decisions from the new identity without having to remind yourself.
What it does not mean. Memorization is not imprinting. You can have your statements memorized in three days. Imprinting is a deeper signal than recall. It is your nervous system treating the new identity as default rather than aspirational.
If they don't feel imprinted by day 15. Common, especially in your first cycle. Imprinting continues into Anchoring and Stabilization. The phases overlap. Trust the routine and keep training.
2. Anchoring (Days 16 to 30)
Anchoring is the first visible evidence of your new identity in the world. You take an action the old version of you would not have taken, and you take it because the new identity is generating the choice.
Signs your statements are anchoring:
You take an action consistent with your new identity, even though it would have felt out of character a cycle ago.
You stop a behavior that no longer matches who you are training to be.
You hold a boundary, have an honest conversation, or make a decision the old you would have avoided.
The action came from clarity, not willpower. You did it because it felt obvious, not because you forced yourself.
Anchor actions can be small. Size does not matter. Function does. Each one is behavioral proof that the encoding is working, and your brain updates its predictions based on what it sees you do.
3. Stabilization (Days 31 to 45)
Stabilization is when the new identity is no longer the thing you are training toward. It is the thing you are operating from.
Signs your statements are stabilizing:
The new behavior requires less effort. What used to take willpower starts to feel like the default.
The old pull is still there sometimes, especially under stress, but the return to the new baseline is faster each time.
Consistency starts to feel more natural than inconsistency.
You stop noticing the new identity as new. It feels like clothing, not a costume.
Regression under stress during stabilization is normal and expected. Old wiring weakens through non-use, but it does not vanish. The wobble you feel is the old wiring still firing while the new wiring becomes dominant. Both are true at once. The trajectory is the right one.
What to do with this
Do not measure your training only against the calendar. Measure it against the signals.
If you are early and your statements still feel like a stretch, you are imprinting. That is the work.
If you are taking actions that surprise you, you are anchoring. That is the work.
If the effort is dropping and your old self feels distant, you are stabilizing. That is the work.
After day 45, you move into Expansion. You are now operating from the elevated baseline your cycle produced. Your next Frequency Mapping will capture what shifted, and your blueprint will upgrade from there.
