How Do I Use My Frequency Map?

V
Written by Vladimir Ilić

Your Frequency Map is one of the most important tools inside ENCODED. It gives you a clear snapshot of your current frequency — the beliefs, emotions, patterns, and identity signals shaping how you think, feel, behave, and create results.

It’s not a personality test.
It’s not a judgment.
It’s a baseline measurement of where you are today and what needs to shift next.

You can read your Map and your Blueprint on the web app at app.encoded.ai, and you can now also view them in the ENCODED iOS app on iPhone and iPad. Completing a Frequency Mapping session is still done on the web app.

Here’s exactly how to use it.

1. Start by Reading the Summary Section

At the top of your Frequency Map, you’ll see:

  • Your Frequency Tier

  • Your Precision Tier

  • Your Core Themes

  • Your Tier Distribution — where your Frequency Tier sits across the ENCODED member base

This gives you a clean picture of how you’re operating right now.

It helps you understand:

  • Whether you’re stable, grounded, scattered, reactive, or expanding

  • What’s influencing your emotional patterns

  • What’s shaping your choices and behavior

  • What is aligned vs. misaligned

This is your “you are here” marker.

Tier Distribution — where you sit

On the web app, your Frequency Map now shows Tier Distribution: a benchmark of where your Frequency Tier sits relative to other members. It's the same idea as seeing your resting heart rate against a population range — context, not a verdict.

Use it for insight, for tracking movement over time, and for celebrating results when you move.

One thing worth saying plainly: the benchmark is there to give you information about your own trajectory, not to rank you. Your journey and your results are yours. Where someone else sits has no bearing on the shift you're building. If you notice the distribution pulling your attention toward comparison rather than progress, that's a signal to come back to your own wins.

2. Study Your Core Themes (Your Current Operating Patterns)

These themes describe the deeper layers influencing your day-to-day experience.

You may see themes like:

  • Overthinking

  • Avoidance

  • A strong desire for change

  • Feeling stuck between two identities

  • High clarity but low stability

  • Strong intuition but inconsistent action

These themes are not flaws — they’re signals.
Your job is to understand them so you can shift them.

3. Review the Limiting Beliefs & Identity Loops

This section shows you the subconscious beliefs keeping your current frequency in place.

Examples include:

  • “I have to earn rest.”

  • “If I slow down, I’ll fall behind.”

  • “I’m not ready yet.”

  • “I’ll lose people if I change.”

  • “Things only work when I push myself.”

Understanding these loops shows you:

  • Why the same outcomes keep repeating

  • Why certain emotional states show up

  • Why choices feel harder than they should

  • What identity-level shifts need to happen

This is the raw material for your imprinting blueprint.

4. Examine Your Emotional & Behavioral Patterns

These patterns reveal how your frequency expresses itself in daily life.

Examples:

  • Stress-induced overworking

  • Avoiding certain conversations

  • Difficulty making aligned decisions

  • Overcommitting to avoid disappointment

  • Staying in environments that drain you

This section helps you identify:

  • Energy leaks

  • Misaligned behavior

  • Coping mechanisms

  • Protective patterns

  • What needs to be released

Awareness here creates instant improvement.

5. Compare Your Current State to Your Ideal Life Vision

Your Frequency Map includes reflections from your Ideal Life Vision.

This comparison reveals:

  • Your desired direction

  • Your natural evolution

  • What feels aligned

  • What feels outdated

  • What needs to shift next

The gap between the two becomes the focus of your next training cycle.

6. Use Your Frequency Map to Build Your Blueprint

Your Frequency Map directly informs your:

  • Clarity of Self statements

  • Empowering Beliefs

  • Encoded Certainties

These become your personalized training blueprint—the script you use daily to shift your identity, beliefs, and emotional patterns.

Your Map is your current location.
Your Blueprint is the destination.

7. Repeat the Frequency Mapping Process Every 45–90 Days

Frequency Mapping is not something you look at occasionally. It’s a cyclical training process.

You repeat the full Mapping sequence every:

  • 45 days if you’re moving fast and experiencing rapid change

  • 60 days if you’re integrating steadily

  • 90 days if you’re stabilizing deeper shifts

This cycle allows you to:

  • Measure your progress

  • Re-map your current frequency

  • Identify upgraded patterns

  • Spot new misalignments

  • Capture new possibilities

  • Build your next personalized training plan

This is how your Frequency Training stays aligned with your evolving identity.

8. Use Each New Map to Realign Decisions & Focus

Every new Frequency Map becomes your new compass.

Whenever you face a decision, ask:

“Which option aligns with the identity I’m becoming?”

Your Map keeps your decisions aligned with your current and future frequency — not your past patterns.

Coming soon: Frequency Mapping v3

We're releasing the next iteration of the Frequency Mapping algorithm shortly. Three things change:

  • More concise imprinting statements — shorter, sharper, easier to train with

  • Improved accuracy in Frequency Tier scoring — the tier calculation is being refined

  • More specific actions and recommendations in your Map

What this means for your existing Map: because the tier scoring is being refined, your Frequency Tier may read differently after v3 than it did before. That's the algorithm getting more accurate — it is not your training going backwards. Your existing Map and Blueprint are unaffected until you complete your next Mapping. We'll notify you when v3 goes live.
