Think of it like a baseline scan before starting a fitness program — you measure where you are today so your training is targeted, effective, and measurable.

Here’s what the process is at a high level and what you can expect.

Your Frequency Mapping process reveals:

  • Your current patterns

  • How you’re thinking and feeling day-to-day

  • What’s aligned in your life

  • What feels off or restrictive

  • Where your energy is being drained

  • Where your natural potential wants to move next

This clarity becomes the foundation for everything that follows.


2. You’ll Reflect on Where You Are and Where You Want to Go

You’ll go through a structured reflection process that helps you articulate:

  • What life feels like today

  • What’s working

  • What feels misaligned

  • What you deeply want

  • What your vision is for your ideal life

The goal is to create clarity and awareness.


3. You’ll Submit Your Reflections Into the ENCODED Mirror

Inside the ENCODED Web App, you’ll upload or complete your Reflection process.
From there, ENCODED analyzes what you shared to generate your personalized Frequency Map.

This includes:

  • Your current operating frequency

  • Themes shaping your thoughts, emotions, and decisions

  • Patterns that may be holding you back

  • Strengths you can build on

  • Opportunities for growth

  • The gap between your current state and your ideal life vision


4. You Receive Your Personalized Frequency Map

Your Frequency Map is a clean snapshot of:

  • How you’re operating now

  • What’s driving your decisions

  • Where your energy is going

  • What’s aligned or misaligned

  • What needs to shift for your next level

This becomes the “diagnosis” that informs your personalized training blueprint.


5. Your Map Is Used to Create Your Personalized Blueprint

Once your Frequency Map is complete, ENCODED uses your reflections and patterns to build your:

This forms the Frequency Imprinting Blueprint you will train daily.

You don’t need to know the mechanics — the system guides you through all of it.

7. Frequency Mapping Is Repeated Every 45–90 Days

Mapping is not a one-time event. It is an ongoing cycle of evolution.
You repeat the full process every:

  • 45 days for rapid growth

  • 60 days for steady integration

  • 90 days for deep stabilization

While you can choose your pace, we recommend updating your map every 45–90 days to ensure your training stays aligned with your growth. Please note that we do not allow "re-dos" on Frequency Maps once they are generated—each map is a snapshot of your journey at that specific moment in time.

Each cycle gives you:

  • Updated clarity

  • A refreshed direction

  • An upgraded blueprint

  • Better awareness of your growth

  • A more accurate training plan

8. Consistency Over Perfection

To get the most out of the ENCODED system, keep these guiding principles in mind:

  • Frequency Training is a lifelong practice. We highly recommend not over-optimizing at each step. The most important part of your first training cycle is simply integrating the habit and feeling the initial benefits.

  • Compounding benefits come from showing up daily, not from having a "perfect" map.

  • If you have specific shifts in your identity, beliefs, or future goals that you want to focus on between mapping cycles, you don't need a new map. You can edit your Frequency Imprinting Blueprint at any time directly in the ENCODED app.
