How Do I Complete the Frequency Mapping Process?

Frequency Mapping is the first step in the ENCODED System. It is how you get a clear picture of your current frequency so you can build a personalized training plan that actually works for you.

Think of it like a baseline scan before starting a fitness program. You measure where you are today so your training is targeted, effective, and measurable.

Here is what the process is at a high level and what to expect.


1. Frequency Mapping shows you your current operating state

Your Frequency Mapping process surfaces:

  • The subconscious programs you are running right now

  • How you are thinking and feeling day-to-day

  • What is working in your life

  • What feels off or restrictive

  • Where your capacity is being drained

  • Where your next level of growth wants to move

This clarity becomes the foundation for everything that follows.


2. You reflect on where you are and where you want to go

You go through a structured reflection process that helps you articulate:

  • What life feels like today

  • What is working

  • What is producing friction

  • What you actually want

  • Your vision for your next chapter

The goal is clarity. Not perfection.


3. You submit your reflections into the ENCODED Mirror

Inside the ENCODED Mirror app, you complete or upload your reflection. From there, ENCODED analyzes what you shared to generate your personalized Frequency Map.

This includes:

  • Your current operating frequency

  • The themes shaping your thoughts, emotions, and decisions

  • The subconscious programs that may be holding you back

  • Strengths you can build on

  • Opportunities for growth

  • The gap between your current state and your vision


4. You receive your personalized Frequency Map

Your Frequency Map is a clean snapshot of:

  • How you are operating now

  • What is driving your decisions

  • Where your capacity is going

  • What is consistent or inconsistent with your direction

  • What needs to shift for your next level

This becomes the diagnosis that informs your personalized blueprint.


5. Your map builds your personalized Blueprint

Once your Frequency Map is complete, ENCODED uses your reflections to build your:

  • Clarity of Self — identity statements

  • Empowering Beliefs — the beliefs you are training into

  • Encoded Certainties — the future outcomes you are anchoring to

This forms the Frequency Imprinting Blueprint you train daily. You do not need to know the mechanics. The system guides you through all of it.


6. Mapping sets the foundation for your Activation

Frequency Mapping prepares you for Activation, where you:

  • Learn how the ENCODED System works

  • Begin training your core routines

  • Start using your blueprint

  • Move into a more stable internal state

  • Experience early clarity, stability, and momentum

Activation is where your new operating system starts taking shape.


7. Frequency Mapping repeats every 45 to 90 days

Mapping is not a one-time event. It is an ongoing cycle. You repeat the full process every:

  • 45 days for rapid growth

  • 60 days for steady integration

  • 90 days for deep stabilization

You can choose your pace. We recommend updating your map every 45 to 90 days so your training stays calibrated to your growth.

Note: maps cannot be redone once generated. Each map is a snapshot of where you were at that moment in your training.

Each cycle gives you:

  • A new snapshot of your evolving frequency

  • Updated clarity

  • A refreshed direction

  • An upgraded blueprint

  • Better awareness of your growth

  • A more accurate training plan

This is how your frequency, and your life, continues to elevate.


8. Editing your Blueprint between cycles

You do not need a new Frequency Map to make small adjustments to your training. You can edit your Frequency Imprinting Blueprint at any time directly in the ENCODED app.

What the Blueprint editor allows:

  • Edit the wording of an existing statement

  • Delete a statement that no longer feels true

What the Blueprint editor does not currently allow:

  • Adding a brand-new bullet as a separate statement

If you want to add a thought or refinement, the recommended workaround is to expand an existing statement to include it. For most members, this is the right move anyway. Each cycle is designed to focus your training on a contained set of statements rather than expand the list. Repetition is the mechanism. More statements is not the same as deeper training.

9. Consistency over perfection

A few principles to keep in mind:

  • Frequency Training is a lifelong system. Do not over-optimize each step. The most important part of your first cycle is integrating the routine and feeling the early shifts.

  • Compounding results come from showing up daily, not from a perfect map.

  • If you have a specific shift in identity, beliefs, or direction you want to focus on between mapping cycles, you can edit your existing blueprint inside the app within the constraints described above.
