How Does Billing Work?

ENCODED Membership uses a simple, transparent billing system designed to make your experience smooth from day one.


Here’s exactly how billing works, based on our official Terms of Service.


1. What Does Your First Payment Unlock?

The ENCODED Membership: $79/month

Your membership includes:

  • The Full ENCODED System: Immediate access to our proprietary methodology for frequency alignment.

  • The ENCODED Web App: Your digital hub featuring your personalized Frequency Mapping and Frequency Imprinting Blueprint.

  • The Activation Sequence: A guided onboarding experience to ensure you're set up for maximum impact.

  • The ENCODED Anchor Journal: A physical journal shipped to your door every month to imprint and anchor your frequency.

  • Continuous Evolution: Instant access to all system upgrades, new tools, and upcoming features (including the mobile app and AI integrations) as soon as they roll out.

  • On-Demand Support: 24/7 assistance through our Fin AI agent, with the ability to escalate to our human support team for more complex inquiries.

Your first monthly membership charge is processed at the time of enrollment.


2. Membership Is Billed Every 30 Days

ENCODED Membership renews automatically every 30 days based on the date you joined.

Example:


If you join on March 10, your next billing date is April 9.

This cycle repeats unless you cancel before your next renewal date.


3. Billing Through Stripe

All payments are securely handled by Stripe, including:

  • Your Activation Fee

  • Monthly Membership charges

  • Payment method updates

  • Failed payment retries

Stripe ensures banking-level security and encryption.


4. Updating Your Payment Method

You can update your credit card or payment method anytime inside your Member Dashboard. Changes take effect immediately for future billing cycles.


5. What If Your Payment Fails?

If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.):

  • Stripe will automatically retry the payment

  • You’ll receive email notifications to update your payment method

  • Access to membership will pause after 7 days if unresolved

Once your payment method is updated, membership access is restored automatically.


6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime before your next billing date.

  • Your membership remains active through the end of the current billing cycle

  • No prorated or partial refunds

  • Activation Fees are non-refundable

  • Cancelling stops future monthly charges

7. Price Changes

If membership pricing ever changes, you’ll be notified before your next billing cycle.
Continuing your membership after notification implies acceptance of the new pricing.
