ENCODED Membership uses a simple, transparent billing system designed to make your experience smooth from day one.
Here’s exactly how billing works, based on our official Terms of Service.
1. Your First Payment Includes Two Parts
🔹 Activation Fee — $1,500 (one-time)
This covers your full onboarding experience, including:
Your Frequency Mapping Activation
Personalized setup of your ENCODED System
Your Frequency Imprinting Blueprint
Support to help you successfully implement the daily routines
This fee is charged once, at the moment you enroll, and is non-refundable.
🔹 Membership Fee — $249/month
Your membership begins immediately after checkout and includes:
Access to the ENCODED System
Monthly shipment of the ENCODED Anchor Journal
Access to the Frequency Network (The Grid)
Continued upgrades, tools, and evolving features
Web app access + future mobile app
Ongoing support
Your first monthly membership charge is processed at the time of enrollment.
2. Membership Is Billed Every 30 Days
ENCODED Membership renews automatically every 30 days based on the date you joined.
Example:
If you join on March 10, your next billing date is April 9.
This cycle repeats unless you cancel before your next renewal date.
3. Billing Through Stripe
All payments are securely handled by Stripe, including:
Your Activation Fee
Monthly Membership charges
Payment method updates
Failed payment retries
Stripe ensures banking-level security and encryption.
4. Updating Your Payment Method
You can update your credit card or payment method anytime inside your Member Dashboard. Changes take effect immediately for future billing cycles.
5. What If Your Payment Fails?
If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.):
Stripe will automatically retry the payment
You’ll receive email notifications to update your payment method
Access to membership will pause after 7 days if unresolved
Once your payment method is updated, membership access is restored automatically.
6. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel anytime before your next billing date.
Your membership remains active through the end of the current billing cycle
No prorated or partial refunds
Activation Fees are non-refundable
Cancelling stops future monthly charges
A separate article will cover the full cancellation process.
7. Price Changes
If membership pricing ever changes, you’ll be notified before your next billing cycle.
Continuing your membership after notification implies acceptance of the new pricing.
