Does ENCODED Offer Refunds?

ENCODED follows a clear and transparent refund policy designed to keep billing simple and easy to understand. Here’s exactly how refunds work.

1. Membership Fees And One-Time Charges Are Non-Refundable

ENCODED Membership is billed every 30 days.
All membership payments and one-time charges are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.

This means:

  • If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues through the end of the period

  • You will not receive a partial or prorated refund for unused time

  • Future billing will stop once you cancel before the next renewal

This policy is fully outlined in the ENCODED Terms of Service.

2. You Can Cancel Anytime Before Your Next Billing Date

Cancellation is self-service and simple:

  • Log in at app.encoded.ai

  • Go to Membership

  • Select Cancel Membership

As long as you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again.

3. What About Failed Payments?

Failed payments do not trigger refunds.
Instead, there is a 7-day grace period to update your payment method before access pauses.

4. Why This Policy Exists

ENCODED is a training system — not a course you can return after trying.

From the moment you enroll, the system activates:

  • Personalized onboarding

  • Blueprint development

  • Journal shipments

  • System setup

  • Frequency Tracking

  • Ongoing tools, training, and upgrades

Because these services are initiated immediately and customized to you, refunds are not offered.

Summary

Here’s the refund policy in one view:

  • Membership Fees and One-time Charges: Non-refundable once the billing cycle begins

  • Cancellation: Stops future charges, no prorated refunds

  • Grace Period for Failed Payments: 7 days

Everything is clear, transparent, and predictable — with no hidden fees or surprises.
