1. Activation Fees Are Non-Refundable
The $1,500 Activation Fee is a one-time payment that covers:
Your Frequency Mapping Activation
Your personalized onboarding
Your Frequency Imprinting Blueprint
Support to successfully implement the system
Initial setup inside the ENCODED Web App
Because this work begins immediately upon enrollment — and requires personalized time, analysis, and setup — the Activation Fee is non-refundable.
2. Membership Fees Are Non-Refundable
ENCODED Membership is billed every 30 days.
All membership payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
This means:
If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues through the end of the period
You will not receive a partial or prorated refund for unused time
Future billing will stop once you cancel before the next renewal

3. You Can Cancel Anytime Before Your Next Billing Date
Cancellation is self-service and simple:
