Your ENCODED AI Coach is now available. It's a personal training guide inside the ENCODED web app that knows you and your training. It answers questions about your training and the ENCODED method, explains your own results, and helps you work through what comes up in your practice. Its answers draw on ENCODED's own training material together with your Profile, your Blueprint and where you are in your training.
In the app it appears as Coach, with a BETA label next to the name.
Who can use it
The AI Coach is part of every active ENCODED membership. There's no separate price or add-on. That includes memberships in a trial, memberships with a payment that's past due but hasn't ended yet, and members during an active Program.
If you bought the Neuroperformance Assessment on its own, without a membership, the Coach isn't included. You'll see: "The coach is part of an active ENCODED membership."
While your membership is paused, the Coach is paused too. It comes back when your membership resumes.
If your membership or Program has ended, your conversations aren't deleted, but you can't open or continue them until you resubscribe.
Where to find it
The AI Coach lives in the ENCODED web app at app.encoded.ai, on desktop and in your phone or tablet browser. It isn't in the ENCODED iOS or Android app.
There are two ways to open it:
The Coach page: click Coach in the left sidebar, directly under Home, for a full-page conversation.
The Coach button: the round button in the bottom-right corner of most pages. Hover over it and you'll see "Chat about this page". Click it to open the Coach in a side panel.
The Coach button appears on Home, Neuroperformance Assessment, Neuroperformance Framework, Training, Cycle Insights, Cycle Details, Reports, your Neuroperformance Profile and Training Blueprint reports, My account, and Gift & Refer. It isn't shown in the Training Library or on the Support, checkout, sign-in or activation screens.
The side panel and the Coach page show the same conversation, and it follows you as you move between pages. On a wide screen the panel docks on the right, you can resize it, and it reopens where you left it on your next visit. On smaller laptops and tablets it slides over the page, and on a phone it opens full screen. Press Esc to close it.
The buttons at the top of the panel are New conversation (+), Conversation history, Continue in Coach (opens the full Coach page) and Close (×).
It knows which page you're on
When you open the Coach from a page, the panel shows "Using context" with the page name, for example "Using context · Dashboard". The Coach can then talk about what that page shows you: your cycle day and phase, today's focus, your tier and freedom scores, your Cycle Insights, your reports or your Blueprint statements. The Coach page shows where you are at the top, for example "Day 18 · Tier 02 · Breaking the Illusion".
What it knows about you
The Coach personalizes every answer using:
Your Neuroperformance Profile: your tier, your freedom scores across the 10 life dimensions, your biggest shifts since your first Assessment, your Core Themes, Key Unlocks and Neuroperformance Summary
Your Assessment history and the tier you reached at each one
Your written answers from your latest Neuroperformance Assessment. Your name, email and phone number are removed before the Coach reads them.
Your Training Blueprint, including statements you've edited or removed
The limiting beliefs and ideal-vision themes identified in your reports
Where you are in your training cycle (cycle, day and phase) and when your next Assessment unlocks
Your practice activity: your journal streak, how many morning and evening entries you've logged in the last 30 days, and whether you've logged Morning Imprinting or Evening Programming today. It sees these counts only, not what you wrote in your journal entries or photos.
Your Cycle Insights headlines, once you've completed your second Assessment
Your plan type, how long you've been a member, and your local time of day
It never sees or mentions other members' information.
What you can ask it
On the Coach page, three starting points are ready for you:
Summarize my profile: a plain-language summary of your Neuroperformance Profile in four parts: Overall, Strengths, Development opportunities and Priorities.
Understand my Blueprint: the main themes across your Blueprint statements and how each one connects to your Profile.
Shorten my Morning Training: the approved ways to shorten Morning Imprinting when you're short on time.
Each page also suggests questions in the panel, such as "What should I focus on today?" on Home, "Prepare for Morning Imprinting" or "I keep missing my routine" on Training, "Walk me through my Cycle Insights" on Cycle Insights, "Which report should I read first?" on Reports, and "How do I practice these statements?" on your Blueprint.
You can also type anything about your training. For example:
"What does my tier mean for me right now?"
"Why is this dimension lower than the others?"
"What is this phase of the cycle asking of me?"
"Something triggered me in a meeting today. Can you help me work through it?"
"Which Blueprint statement should I give more attention to this week?"
"How should I prepare for my next Assessment?"
"What changed between my last two Assessments?"
The Coach recommends ENCODED's own practices: Morning Imprinting, Evening Programming, Trigger Deconstruction, your Anchor Journal and the Assessment cycle. It doesn't invent new exercises. It can also help with "where do I find..." questions about the app. When it doesn't know something, it says so and points you to Support or the right place in the app instead of guessing.
What it won't do
Professional advice: it doesn't advise on investments, taxes, legal questions, medication, supplements, diagnosis or treatment. It will tell you these belong with a qualified professional, then help with what's behind the question, such as the pressure or the belief driving it. Everyday goals around money, career, health routines, energy and sleep are coached normally.
Therapy or emergencies: the Coach is an AI training guide, not a therapist or an emergency service. If a message suggests someone may be in crisis, it responds with care and encourages reaching out to a trusted person or a crisis line.
Off-topic tasks: it won't write code, recipes or homework, or do general research.
Long documents: if you ask for a full guide or a complete plan, it gives you the two or three points that matter most for you and points you to the Training Library, your Blueprint or your Profile.
Account changes: it can't change your membership, billing or shipping. For those, contact Support (see below).
If you're in crisis right now, please reach out to someone you trust or a crisis line: 988 in the US, Samaritans on 116 123 in the UK and Ireland, 112 in the EU, or your local emergency number.
Conversations and history
Replies appear word by word as they're written.
Press Enter to send and Shift+Enter for a new line. Messages have a length limit, and a counter appears as you get close to it.
The Coach remembers everything earlier in the current conversation. Separate conversations don't share memory with each other, but every conversation can use your Profile, Blueprint and training details listed above.
After about 6 hours without activity, your next message starts a fresh conversation. Earlier conversations are kept.
Conversation history lists your recent conversations with their opening question, when they were last active and how many messages they have. Open any of them to read it, or write in it to continue that conversation. "Current" marks the one you're in.
New conversation moves the current conversation into your history and takes you back to the greeting and suggestions.
Privacy
Your Coach conversations are stored encrypted, tied to your account and private to you, like the rest of your ENCODED experience. See How ENCODED Protects Your Data.
There's no way to delete Coach conversations yourself in the app today. If you'd like them removed, contact Support.
Daily limit and messages you might see
There's a daily message limit, which resets at midnight UTC. Here's what the messages you might see mean:
"You've reached today's coach limit. It resets at midnight UTC." You've used today's messages. You can write again after midnight UTC.
"You are sending messages quickly. Wait a moment and try again." Give it a few seconds, then send again.
"Your Coach is still answering. One moment." The Coach answers one message at a time, even across browser tabs.
"The coach is busy right now. Try again a little later." Demand is high. Try again shortly.
"The coach is being updated. Try again in a few minutes." A short update is in progress.
"Your membership is paused. Resume it from your account page to use the coach." Resume from My account and the Coach comes back.
"The coach is part of an active ENCODED membership." Your account doesn't have an active membership.
If a reply fails, click Try again. It resends the same message and doesn't count it twice.
Is the Coach the same as Support?
No. The Coach is for your training. For questions about your account, membership, billing or shipping, contact Support: open My account → Support in the web app, which opens the help messenger full screen. If the messenger isn't available, that page gives you our email, [email protected].
The Support chat bubble no longer appears in the bottom-right corner of the web app. That spot now holds the Coach button.
The AI Coach is a training companion, not a mental health service, and doesn't diagnose or treat any condition.
