How to set your team up today
Team members new to ENCODED start with the 90-day program ($499 each), which continues automatically on Digital at $79/month unless you change or cancel it before day 91. Each person gets individualized training and results, while the collective benefit compounds across the group. Many teams pair Immersion for their leaders with Core for the rest of the group. Immersion is custom-priced, scoped per person, and doesn't auto-renew — email [email protected] and we'll build it with you.
Worth deciding the post-90-day plan up front. Because each person's membership renews on day 91 by default, it's easier to agree the tier and billing cycle you want for the group at the start — then set each member to it during the 90 days, from Membership in the app, so the renewals land on the right tier. Plan changes made during the 90 days take effect at day 91, and a renewal can be cancelled from the same place. Note that Digital doesn't include Anchor Journals, so if your team wants journals, they need to be on Core before day 91.
