No. ENCODED is not spiritual, and it doesn’t ask you to adopt any belief system, philosophy or worldview.

ENCODED is personalized training for your mind and nervous system. It applies established principles from psychology, neuroscience, learning, behavior change and human performance to develop how you automatically think, feel, decide, act and adapt.

What ENCODED is

  • A training system, in the same sense that fitness training is a training system: structured, repeatable and practiced consistently.

  • Built around your own Neuroperformance Assessment, so the training is about you, not a doctrine.

  • Practical: structured writing, reflection, repetition, mental rehearsal and real-world action, 15–25 minutes a day.

What ENCODED is not

  • Not a spiritual practice, religion or philosophy.

  • Not forced positivity or “manifestation.”

  • Not a personality test that puts you in a box.

  • Not therapy or a mental health service.

Where the language comes from

Terms like clarity, equanimity, self-trust, intuition and vision describe trainable human capacities, and each has an established research base. If you’d like the science, see Why Neuroperformance Training Works and Is ENCODED Scientifically or Psychologically Grounded?.

If you come to ENCODED with your own spiritual practice, it won’t be in the way. If you don’t, you won’t need one.
