ENCODED is designed to fit into real life.

It’s not another draining task or a productivity chore — it’s a regenerative practice that leaves you feeling clearer, calmer, and more focused. Most members describe it the same way they describe a good workout:
“You feel better after you do it.”

Here’s what the time commitment looks like across Activation and ongoing membership.

1. Activation: Your Starting Point (Self-Paced)

Before your system is fully set up, you’ll complete the Frequency Mapping exercises.

These include reflections and prompts that help you understand your current operating patterns and clarify the direction of your ideal life.

Time commitment:
🕒 1.5–3 hours total, usually completed over 3–7 days
There’s no rush — you move at your own pace.

These exercises only happen once during Activation. After this, your training becomes simple and consistent.

2. Daily Training: 18–30 Minutes

Once Activation is complete, your daily training becomes your main rhythm.

Your daily Frequency Training includes two short routines:

Morning Frequency Training

🕒 18–25 minutes
Sets your identity, beliefs, energy, aligned actions, and intentions for the day.

Evening Frequency Training

🕒 3–5 minutes
Closes the day with clarity, appreciation, and subconscious momentum.

Total:
➡️ 18–30 minutes per day

These routines are designed to give you energy, not drain it.

They help you:

  • Start the day grounded and clear

  • Stay stable and less reactive

  • Make aligned decisions

  • Reduce stress and overwhelm

  • End the day with a sense of momentum

Most members say these routines quickly become one of their favorite parts of the day.

3. Do I Need to Do It Every Day?

No — but consistency compounds.

Just like fitness:

  • Missing a day doesn’t set you back

  • Doing it regularly builds strength and stability

  • The benefits grow as the routine becomes part of your life

The system is flexible and designed to support real people with full lives, families, travel, and busy schedules.

4. Time Commitment Summary

Here’s the full breakdown:

The Bottom Line

ENCODED is designed to be:

  • Practical

  • Regenerative

  • Easy to maintain

  • High-impact

  • Consistency-driven

It’s not “one more thing to do.”
It’s the training that makes everything else in your life easier.

Your clarity improves.
