How new members start
There are two ways in:
Neuroperformance Assessment, $99 one-time. Like a GPS for your life: the 90-minute Assessment and your personalized Neuroperformance Profile. A complete standalone product, yours to keep, with no obligation to continue. If you go on to train, your full $99 applies toward Activation.
ENCODED Activation, $279 to start. A one-time $200 Activation fee plus your first month of membership ($79). Activation sets up your complete, personalized training system: your Neuroperformance Assessment and Profile, your personalized Training Blueprint, onboarding, and a 3-pack of Anchor Journals shipped free to the 33 countries we ship to.
After your first month, your membership continues automatically on Digital at $79/month. Cancel anytime. From My account on the web you can switch to Core (monthly Anchor Journal shipments) or to annual billing on either plan whenever you like. For the full picture, see What Is ENCODED Activation?.
Ongoing membership: Digital or Core
Membership continues on Digital by default. Digital includes everything except recurring Anchor Journal shipments. Core adds 12 Anchor Journals a year, delivered free to the 33 countries we ship to. You can switch between Digital and Core, and between monthly and annual, at any time in My account on the web. Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated with credit carryover; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Refunds
ENCODED doesn't offer refunds. The $200 Activation fee is non-refundable once you've enrolled, and memberships can be cancelled any time before your next renewal: your access continues to the end of the term you've paid for, and no further charges are taken. How billing works
Monthly plans renew every 30 days and annual plans every 12 months, on the date your subscription started. All web payments are handled securely through Stripe. If you bought Digital as an in-app purchase in the iOS app, you're billed through the App Store and manage the plan on your iPhone under Settings > Subscriptions.
