You can easily manage your subscription details, including updating payment methods, changing your shipping address, viewing invoices, or canceling your plan, directly through the ENCODED Web App.
All billing and subscription data is handled securely via our partner, Stripe.
Accessing Your Subscription Settings
To access the billing portal, please follow these steps:
Log in to the ENCODED Web App.
Click on the MEMBERSHIP tab located in the left-hand sidebar.
Click the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION button in the center of the page.
Note: This will redirect you to a secure, Stripe-hosted customer portal.
Managing Payment Methods
To update or change your credit card:
Locate the Payment Methods section in the portal.
Click "Add payment method", "Change", or "Update" next to your current card.
Enter your new card details and click Save.
To add a secondary card: Click the "Add payment method" button, enter the new details, and select "Add".
To change your default payment method: If you have multiple cards on file, you can choose which one is charged automatically:
Click the three dots (...) next to the card you wish to use.
Select "Make default".
Updating Billing & Shipping Information
You can update your personal details at any time:
Scroll down to the Billing and Shipping Information section.
Click the Update information button.
To change your Billing Address: Edit the fields provided.
To change your Shipping Address:
If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, ensure the checkbox is selected.
If you need to ship to a different location, uncheck the box and enter the new shipping details.
Note: Changes to shipping details will be applied to your next scheduled shipment.
Viewing Invoice History
To view or download past receipts:
Scroll to the very bottom of the portal page.
Under Invoice History, you will see a list of all transactions sorted chronologically.
Click on the date or the arrow icon to download a PDF of the invoice.
Canceling Your Subscription
If you wish to stop your membership:
Locate the Cancel subscription button in the top right corner of the portal.
Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
