You can update your credit card or payment method at any time directly inside your ENCODED account. Updates take effect immediately and apply to your next billing cycle.
Here’s how to do it:
1. Log In to Your ENCODED Account
Go to
👉 app.encoded.ai
Sign in using the email and password you used during checkout.
2. Open the “Membership” Section
Once you're logged in:
Click your profile icon (top right)
Select Membership from the menu
This takes you to your subscription details.
3. Update Your Payment Method
Inside the Membership section, you’ll see your current subscription information.
Click the option labeled:
“Update Payment Method”
This will open the secure Stripe billing portal.
There, you can:
Add a new credit card
Update an existing card
Change your default payment method
Remove expired cards
All changes are saved instantly.
4. Next Billing Cycle Uses the New Payment Method
Once updated, your next automatic membership renewal will use the new payment method.
If you had a failed payment, updating your card will allow the system to process the overdue charge immediately.
If Your Payment Has Already Failed
Updating your card in the Membership section will automatically retry the payment.
