Digital doesn't include Anchor Journals. You can add them anytime from the standalone Journal shop (Single $29, 3-Pack $79, 6-Pack $139). And you can upgrade to Core at any point from Membership in the app — upgrades take effect immediately, with the prorated difference charged via Stripe. Moving to Immersion is arranged with us by email (see section 7).

On the annual plan, that's under $2.20 a day of training. Most ENCODED members choose this tier.

Immersion is built around you rather than sold off a price list. It pairs the full ENCODED system with direct 1:1 facilitation, scoped to what you're working on.

Because the shape of it varies, pricing is set per member. Email [email protected] or reply to any ENCODED email and we'll set up a conversation.

Immersion doesn't auto-renew. It's custom-priced and arranged with our team, so its terms are agreed as part of your arrangement rather than rolling over automatically.

Immersion is the right fit if:

1. Do you want the physical Anchor Journal? Yes → Core or Immersion. No → Digital.

2. Do you want direct 1:1 facilitation from a Certified Frequency Trainer? Yes → Immersion. No → Digital or Core.

3. Do you live in one of the 33 shipping countries? Yes → any tier works. No → Digital is your only membership option for now (you can still buy journals from the standalone shop if your country is on the shop's shipping list).

If you're new to ENCODED, you start with the 90-day program — $499, charged once when you enrol. It's the full system — Frequency Mapping, your Blueprint, the complete routine library, and the app on web and iOS — and it's long enough to complete a Frequency Mapping cycle and build the routines properly. If you're in one of the 33 countries we ship to, a 3-pack of Anchor Journals goes out as soon as you enrol — all three at once, enough for the full 90 days.

On day 91 your membership continues automatically on Digital at $79/month, billed monthly from then on. We'll remind you before that first charge. Any time during your 90 days you can open Membership in the app and switch to a different plan — Core, or annual billing — with the change taking effect at day 91, or cancel the renewal and keep full access through the end of your 90 days with nothing further charged. Because Digital doesn't include Anchor Journals, journal shipments stop at day 91 unless you switch to Core before then.

Want a physical journal without a membership? Standalone Anchor Journals are a one-time purchase: Single $29, 3-Pack $79, 6-Pack $139. Worth knowing what you're getting, though: the journal is built around the ENCODED training, and on its own it's a well-made notebook without the system it was designed for. If you want the result the journal is for, start with the 90-day program — the digital training is where the work actually happens.
