1. The 30-day money-back guarantee
Every ENCODED membership — annual or monthly — comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email [email protected] within 30 days of your first charge and we'll refund your membership in full, no questions asked.
2. After the first 30 days
Once the 30-day window has passed, memberships are non-refundable. You can still cancel anytime to stop future charges — your access continues through the end of the term you've already paid for, with no prorated refund for the remainder.
In specific cases past 30 days, the team may still issue a partial or full refund — for example a coupon that didn't apply, a duplicate charge, or a technical billing error. Email support with the details and we'll review case by case.
3. How to cancel
Cancellation is self-service:

Go to Membership → Manage Subscription
Select Cancel Membership

4. What about failed payments?

5. The one-month Frequency Map ($149)
The $149 one-month Frequency Map is a one-time digital purchase and is non-refundable once Mapping is initiated, because Map generation begins as soon as you submit your reflections. If something goes wrong on our side, email support and we'll review.
