Getting into ENCODED takes a few seconds once you know where to go. This article covers where to sign in on the web, how to log in to the ENCODED iOS app, and where to find your main training sections.

Where to log in

ENCODED runs in your web browser and, on iPhone, in the ENCODED iOS app. To sign in on the web, go to app.encoded.ai. You can log in with the email and password you used when you joined, or with your social login (such as Google or Apple) if that is how you created your account. If you came in from the marketing site, look for the Log In link in the top-right corner, which opens the same sign-in page.

If your password is rejected or the reset email doesn't arrive, see I Can't Log In or Reset My Password. The most common causes are signing in with a different email than the one on your account, or with a different method than the one you used when you joined.

iPhone: download the ENCODED iOS app from the App Store. The login screen has EMAIL and PASSWORD fields and a LOG IN button, plus "Or log in with" buttons for Google and Apple. Tap FORGOT PASSWORD? to have a password reset email sent to you.

There is no sign-up in the app: accounts are created on the web. If you sign in with Google or Apple and see NO ENCODED ACCOUNT YET, your account was created with a different method, so sign in the way you did when you joined.

Other devices: open your browser, go to app.encoded.ai and sign in as normal.

Everything stays in sync across devices. You can even start your Neuroperformance Assessment on your laptop and finish it from your phone: drafts sync to your account.

A few things are still web-only: the Member Distribution card, plan and billing management in My account, and the Gift & Refer section (gift cards and referral links). In the iOS app you can subscribe to the Digital plan as an in-app purchase; members billed through the App Store manage that subscription on their iPhone in Settings > Subscriptions.

Finding your way around

Once you're signed in on the web, the left sidebar is your main navigation. From there you can reach your dashboard, including the Member Distribution card that shows where your Neuroperformance Tier sits across the ENCODED member base, your daily training routines and their guides on the Training card, and My account (where you manage your plan, payment method, and shipping address). Gift cards and referral links live in the Gift & Refer section.

Bottom line: sign in at app.encoded.ai on the web, or download the ENCODED iOS app on iPhone. Same account, everything in sync. If you can't get in, start with the password reset article above or email [email protected].
