How Is ENCODED Different Than Therapy?

ENCODED is not therapy.

Therapy is designed to help you process the past, heal emotional wounds, and work through challenges with the support of a licensed professional. That can be extremely valuable, but it’s not what ENCODED does.

ENCODED is a Frequency Training System—a structured, repeatable practice for upgrading your beliefs, emotions, actions, and intentions so you can show up with more clarity, confidence, and freedom. It’s not about looking backward. It’s about training forward.
