How Do I Use My Neuroperformance Profile?

V
Written by Vladimir Ilić

Your Neuroperformance Profile is one of the most important tools inside ENCODED. It gives you a clear snapshot of how you're automatically operating: the beliefs, emotions, patterns, and identity signals shaping how you think, feel, behave, and create results.

It’s not a personality test.
It’s not a judgment.
It’s a baseline measurement of where you are today and what needs to shift next.

You can read your Profile and your Blueprint on the web app at app.encoded.ai and in the ENCODED iOS app on iPhone and iPad. You can also complete a Neuroperformance Assessment session on either platform, and drafts sync across your devices.

Here’s exactly how to use it.

1. Start by Reading the Summary Section

At the top of your Neuroperformance Profile, you’ll see:

  • Your Neuroperformance Tier

  • Your Neuroperformance Summary

From there, the report moves through your Survey Results, your Current State, and your Ideal Life Vision, with sections including Key Unlocks for Tier Upgrade, Limiting Beliefs, Current Identity Themes, Ideal Life Themes, and Gap Analysis.

This gives you a clean picture of how you’re operating right now.

It helps you understand:

  • Whether you’re stable, grounded, scattered, reactive, or expanding

  • What’s influencing your emotional patterns

  • What’s shaping your choices and behavior

  • What is aligned vs. misaligned

This is your “you are here” marker.

Understanding your tier, and where it sits

Your Neuroperformance Tier sits on a 6-step ladder, from Tier 01 to Tier 06. On the web dashboard, select Learn More to open the Neuroperformance Framework guide, which covers what your current tier means and what tends to unlock the next one. For the full ladder, see What Are the Six Neuroperformance Tiers?

The web dashboard also shows the Member Distribution card ("Your Tier in the Collective Field"): a benchmark of where your Neuroperformance Tier sits relative to other members, meant as context rather than a verdict. For how to read it, see What Is Tier Distribution?

2. Study Your Current Identity Themes

The Current Identity Themes section describes the deeper layers influencing your day-to-day experience.

You may see themes like:

  • Overthinking

  • Avoidance

  • A strong desire for change

  • Feeling stuck between two identities

  • High clarity but low stability

  • Strong intuition but inconsistent action

These themes are not flaws. They’re signals.
Your job is to understand them so you can shift them.

3. Review Your Limiting Beliefs

The Limiting Beliefs section shows you the subconscious beliefs keeping your current operating patterns in place.

Examples include:

  • “I have to earn rest.”

  • “If I slow down, I’ll fall behind.”

  • “I’m not ready yet.”

  • “I’ll lose people if I change.”

  • “Things only work when I push myself.”

Understanding these loops shows you:

  • Why the same outcomes keep repeating

  • Why certain emotional states show up

  • Why choices feel harder than they should

  • What identity-level shifts need to happen

This is the raw material for your Training Blueprint.

4. Check Your Key Unlocks for Tier Upgrade

The Key Unlocks for Tier Upgrade section highlights the specific shifts that would move you toward your next Neuroperformance Tier.

These often point to things like:

  • Energy leaks

  • Misaligned behavior

  • Coping mechanisms

  • Protective patterns

  • What needs to be released

Treat these as your training priorities for the cycle. Awareness here creates instant improvement.

5. Compare Your Current State to Your Ideal Life Vision

Your Neuroperformance Profile includes reflections from your Ideal Life Vision. The Ideal Life Themes and Gap Analysis sections put them side by side with your current state.

This comparison reveals:

  • Your desired direction

  • Your natural evolution

  • What feels aligned

  • What feels outdated

  • What needs to shift next

The gap between the two becomes the focus of your next training cycle.

6. Use Your Neuroperformance Profile to Build Your Blueprint

Your Neuroperformance Profile directly informs your:

  • Clarity of Self statements

  • Empowering Beliefs

  • ENCODED Certainties

These become your personalized training blueprint: the script you use daily to shift your identity, beliefs, and emotional patterns.

You can fine-tune your Training Blueprint on both the web and the iOS app: edit the wording of a statement, exclude or delete statements, and restore or reset them. Each category keeps a minimum of 3 statements, and you save your changes with an explicit confirmation.

Your Profile is your current location.
Your Blueprint is the destination.

7. Your Next Neuroperformance Assessment Unlocks 45 Days Into Your Cycle

Neuroperformance Assessment is not something you look at occasionally. It’s a cyclical training process.

Your next Neuroperformance Assessment unlocks 45 days into your current Training Cycle. Until then it stays locked, and the app shows the date it becomes available. Completing each new Assessment allows you to:

  • Measure your progress

  • Re-assess how you're currently operating

  • Identify upgraded patterns

  • Spot new misalignments

  • Capture new possibilities

  • Build your next personalized training plan

This is how your Neuroperformance Training stays aligned with your evolving identity.

8. Use Each New Profile to Realign Decisions & Focus

Every new Neuroperformance Profile becomes your new compass.

Whenever you face a decision, ask:

“Which option aligns with the identity I’m becoming?”

Your Profile keeps your decisions aligned with who you are becoming, not your past patterns.

Summary: How to Use Your Neuroperformance Profile

Your Neuroperformance Profile is used to:

  • Understand how you’re operating now

  • Identify beliefs and emotional patterns shaping your life

  • Reveal misalignments and energy leaks

  • Compare your current state with your ideal vision
