Neuroperformance Assessment is the first step in the ENCODED System. It is how you get a clear picture of how you're automatically operating so you can build a personalized training plan that actually works for you.
Think of it like a baseline scan before starting a fitness program. You measure where you are today so your training is targeted, effective, and measurable.
Here is what the process is at a high level and what to expect.
1. Neuroperformance Assessment shows you your current operating state
Your Neuroperformance Assessment process surfaces:
The subconscious programs you are running right now
How you are thinking and feeling day-to-day
What is working in your life
What feels off or restrictive
Where your capacity is being drained
Where your next level of growth wants to move
This clarity becomes the foundation for everything that follows.
2. The session has four parts
A Neuroperformance Assessment session takes 45 to 90 minutes and moves through four parts:
Freedom Survey: you rate 10 life dimensions on 0-10 sliders labeled "Not Free at all" to "Fully Free" and add a written reflection for each.
Current Life Reflection: what life feels like today, what is working, and what is producing friction.
Ideal Life Vision: what you actually want and your vision for your next chapter.
Optional Input: anything else you want the analysis to take into account.
The goal is clarity. Not perfection.
3. Complete the session on the web or in the iOS app, then Transmit
You can complete a Neuroperformance Assessment session in the ENCODED web app at app.encoded.ai or in the ENCODED iOS app. Your answers autosave as a draft, and drafts sync to your account, so you can start on one device and finish on another.
On the web: start from the Neuroperformance Assessment page and work through the four steps in order. Your answers autosave, and you can press Save & Exit at any point to stop and pick the session back up later. When all four steps are done, the fifth step in the sidebar, Review & Submit, unlocks. Open it, check your answers, and press Transmit at the bottom of the screen to send your assessment.
In the mobile app: the Neuroperformance Assessment hub shows four cards, one for each part: Freedom Survey, Current Life Reflection, Ideal Life Vision, and Optional Input. Complete the cards, then go to Review and Transmit. The first time, a one-time notice explains that your responses are sent to OpenAI for processing, are encrypted, are not used to train AI models, and are not kept beyond generating your report.
On both web and mobile, Transmit is the only action that submits your assessment. Save & Exit saves a draft; it does not submit.
After you press Transmit, ENCODED analyzes what you shared to generate your personalized Neuroperformance Profile, covering:
Your current operating baseline
The themes shaping your thoughts, emotions, and decisions
The subconscious programs that may be holding you back
Strengths you can build on
Opportunities for growth
The gap between your current state and your vision
I finished my assessment but it keeps sending me back
Your assessment is only submitted when you press Transmit. If you press Save & Exit instead, your answers are saved as a draft and the Neuroperformance Assessment page shows a Session in progress card. Pressing Continue there reopens your draft at the step you left, which is usually Review & Submit. That is why it can feel like a loop: both buttons return you to the same screen.
To finish, open Review & Submit and press Transmit at the bottom of the page.
If Transmit does not respond, one of the required fields is still empty. Every one of the 10 Freedom Survey dimensions needs both a slider value and a written reflection, and Current Life Reflection and Ideal Life Vision both need text. Optional Input can be left blank. Go back through the sidebar steps, fill in anything missing, then return to Review & Submit.
Once you Transmit, the page shows your submission processing. Your Profile can take up to 24 hours, and we email you when it is ready.
How long does it take to get my Neuroperformance Profile?
Processing starts automatically as soon as you Transmit. It can take up to 24 hours. You will get an email when your report is ready, and in the mobile app you can also turn on a push notification for when your Neuroperformance Assessment reports are ready.
If it has been more than 24 hours and your report is still not ready, please contact support and we will look into it for you.
One thing to know: in rare cases your dashboard may show your assessment as complete even though the Profile itself never generated. If your dashboard says complete but you cannot open or view your Profile after 24 hours, reach out to us.
4. You receive your personalized Neuroperformance Profile
Your Neuroperformance Profile is a clean snapshot of:
How you are operating now
What is driving your decisions
Where your capacity is going
What is consistent or inconsistent with your direction
What needs to shift for your next level
At the top of your Profile you will see your Neuroperformance Tier. On the web dashboard, the Member Distribution card ("Your Tier in the Collective Field") also shows where your Neuroperformance Tier sits across the ENCODED member base. Use it for context and for tracking your own movement over time, not as a ranking.
This becomes the diagnosis that informs your personalized blueprint.
5. Your Profile builds your personalized Blueprint
Once your Neuroperformance Profile is complete, ENCODED uses your reflections to build your:
Clarity of Self: identity statements
Empowering Beliefs: the beliefs you are training into
ENCODED Certainties: the future outcomes you are anchoring to
Together with your Aligned Actions and Delegated Actions, this forms the Training Blueprint you train daily. You do not need to know the mechanics. The system guides you through all of it.
6. Assessment sets the foundation for your Activation
Neuroperformance Assessment prepares you for Activation, the guided onboarding sequence where you:
Learn how the ENCODED System works
Begin training your core routines
Start using your blueprint
Move into a more stable internal state
Experience early clarity, stability, and momentum
Activation is where your new operating system starts taking shape.
7. Your next Neuroperformance Assessment unlocks 45 days into your cycle
Assessment is not a one-time event. It is an ongoing cycle. Your next Neuroperformance Assessment unlocks 45 days into your current Training Cycle. Until then, a new assessment stays locked and the app shows the date it becomes available.
Note: Profiles cannot be redone once generated. Each Profile is a snapshot of where you were at that moment in your training.
Each cycle gives you:
A new snapshot of how you're operating now
Updated clarity
A refreshed direction
An upgraded blueprint
Better awareness of your growth
A more accurate training plan
This is how your capacity, and your life, continues to expand.
8. Editing your Blueprint between cycles
You do not need a new Neuroperformance Profile to make small adjustments to your training. You can edit your Training Blueprint at any time, on the web or in the ENCODED iOS app.
What the Blueprint editor allows:
Edit the wording of an existing statement
Exclude or delete a statement that no longer feels true
Restore or reset statements you have changed or removed
Each category must keep at least 3 statements; the editor enforces that minimum. When you finish, save your changes and confirm.
What the Blueprint editor does not currently allow:
Adding a brand-new bullet as a separate statement
If you want to add a thought or refinement, the recommended workaround is to expand an existing statement to include it. For most members, this is the right move anyway. Each cycle is designed to focus your training on a contained set of statements rather than expand the list. Repetition is the mechanism. More statements is not the same as deeper training.
If you have a major shift in direction, that is what the next Neuroperformance Profile is for.
9. Consistency over perfection
A few principles to keep in mind:
Neuroperformance Training is a lifelong system. Do not over-optimize each step. The most important part of your first cycle is integrating the routine and feeling the early shifts.
Compounding results come from showing up daily, not from a perfect Profile.
If you have a specific shift in identity, beliefs, or direction you want to focus on between assessment cycles, you can edit your existing blueprint on the web or in the iOS app within the constraints described above.
