When you complete a Neuroperformance Assessment, two kinds of content exist: the results ENCODED generates for you (your Neuroperformance Profile and your Training Blueprint) and the original written answers you typed during the assessment process.
Your results are always available in the app. Your Neuroperformance Profile and Training Blueprint stay accessible from your account on both the web app and the ENCODED iOS app. Go to Reports to see your latest reports, and open Previous Reports to find reports from earlier assessments, grouped by month. On either platform you can view each report in the app and download it as a PDF; in the iOS app the download uses the native share sheet, so you can save, AirDrop, or print it.
Your original written answers are not currently viewable in the app. The raw text you entered during Neuroperformance Assessment is stored securely and is fully covered by ENCODED's data protections, but there is no self-serve screen where you can reopen or download it yet. This applies to both the web app and the ENCODED iOS app: there's no hidden screen on iOS, so no need to go hunting for it there.
How to request a copy
Email [email protected] from the email address on your ENCODED account.
Tell us which assessment you'd like the answers from: your first assessment, your most recent one, or all of them.
We'll send your written answers back to you in a readable format. This is part of your Right to Export, and we respond to all data requests within 10 business days.
There is no charge for this, and requesting a copy doesn't change anything in your account or your training.
A tip for next time: if you like to revisit what you wrote, keep your own copy when you complete a assessment. For example, draft your answers in a notes document first and paste them in, or photograph the pages if you work things out in your Anchor Journal before typing.
Bottom line: your Profile and Blueprint can be viewed and downloaded as PDFs on both the web and the iOS app; your original written answers are available anytime by emailing support.
