ENCODED ships the physical Anchor Journal to a curated set of 33 countries across North America, Europe, and Australia & Asia, chosen for reliable delivery and a consistent member experience.
1. Free shipping with Activation and Core
If you're on Core, your journals ship free to any of the 33 supported countries.
How often journals arrive depends on where you are in your membership:
With Activation: all three journals in your 3-pack ship at once, as soon as you enroll.
On a monthly plan: one journal ships each month.
On an annual plan: journals arrive as the Anchor Journal Bundle, a 3-pack that ships once a quarter.
New members: your Activation 3-pack of Anchor Journals ships as soon as you enroll, free to any of the 33 countries listed below. You confirm your delivery address right after purchase. If your country isn't on the list, the training runs digital-only and works fully with any notebook.
After your first month: your membership continues on Digital by default, which doesn't include further Anchor Journals. If you'd like them to keep arriving, switch to Core in My account on the web.
2. The 33 supported countries
North America, Europe, and Australia & Asia, in full:

Shipping is always free to every country on this list.
3. If your country isn't on the list
If we don't ship to your country, the Digital Membership ($79/month or $629/year) is built for you: the full ENCODED system using a notebook of your choice. The training works exactly the same way; the physical journal is simply replaced with your own notebook.
If you're a Core member and move to a country where journal shipping isn't available, you'll be offered a switch to Digital so your training continues without interruption.
In some countries ENCODED can't be purchased at all; in that case, checkout shows "Encoded isn't available in your country yet." Any questions, email [email protected].
4. Tracking your shipment
You'll receive a tracking email from [email protected] as soon as your order ships, and every journal shipment also appears in the app with a live status and a Track link (Shipment History on the web, Your Journal Shipments in the iOS app).

5. Updating your shipping address
