The Anchor Journal is the physical training tool of the ENCODED Frequency Training System. Depending on what you purchased, the way it reaches you is slightly different. This article covers all the paths.
1. Does my purchase include a journal?
The journal is included with some plans and sold separately for others.
Core Membership ($799/year or $99/month): Yes. You receive 12 Anchor Journals per year, shipped in four quarterly deliveries of 3 journals each.
Immersion Membership ($2,499/year): Yes. Same delivery cadence as Core — 12 journals/year, four quarterly shipments of 3.
Digital Membership ($629/year or $79/month): No physical journal is included. Digital is the train-from-anywhere tier — you use your own notebook. If you'd still like physical Anchor Journals, you can buy them anytime from the standalone Anchor Journal shop.
Standalone Anchor Journal purchase: Yes. Single, 3-Pack, or 6-Pack ships to your door as a one-time order.
One-month Frequency Map ($149): No journal is included. The $149 purchase is the digital Frequency Map + Blueprint experience only.
2. Estimated delivery windows
Once your purchase is complete, we initialize shipping to the address you provided during checkout.
USA: 2–5 business days
Canada: 8–10 business days
International (33 supported countries): within 2–3 weeks
You'll receive an automated email from [email protected] with a tracking link as soon as your shipment leaves the warehouse.
3. Quarterly delivery for Core and Immersion members
Your 12 annual journals arrive in four shipments of 3 journals each, roughly every 3 months. Your first shipment goes out as soon as you enroll. Subsequent shipments are released on the 3-month, 6-month, and 9-month marks of your annual cycle.
You don't need to do anything to trigger the next shipment — it's automatic, using the shipping address on file in your Member Dashboard.
4. How to update your shipping details
Update your address anytime through the ENCODED Web App:
Open the Membership tab
Click Manage Subscription
Update your shipping address inside the Stripe portal
The new address applies to your next shipment forward.

5. Where ENCODED ships
The Anchor Journal ships free to 33 countries for Core and Immersion members. Standalone Journal purchases ship to the same set of countries; shipping fees may apply at checkout depending on destination. For the full country list, see Where Does ENCODED Ship the Anchor Journal?
If you live in a country not on the shipping list, the Digital Membership is built for you — same software, same training, your own notebook.
