The Anchor Journal is the physical training tool of the ENCODED Frequency Training System. Depending on what you purchased, the way it reaches you is slightly different. This article covers all the paths.
1. Does my purchase include a journal?
The journal is included with some plans and sold separately for others.
Core Membership ($799/year or $99/month): Yes. You receive 12 Anchor Journals per year. How often they arrive depends on your billing — see How often your journals arrive below.
Immersion Membership (custom pricing): Yes. The same 12 journals a year, on the same delivery cadence as Core.
Digital Membership ($649/year or $79/month): No physical journal is included. Digital is the train-from-anywhere tier — you use your own notebook. If you'd still like physical Anchor Journals, you can buy them anytime from the standalone Anchor Journal shop.
90-Day Program ($499): a 3-pack of Anchor Journals ships as soon as you enrol — enough for the full 90 days. Free to the 33 countries we ship to; if you're outside those, email [email protected] and we'll work out the best option with you.
Standalone Anchor Journal purchase: Yes. Single, 3-Pack, or 6-Pack ships to your door as a one-time order.
After your 90 days: your membership continues on Digital, which doesn't include Anchor Journals — so journal shipments stop when the program ends. If you'd like them to keep arriving, switch to Core from Membership in the app before day 91.

2. Estimated delivery windows
Once your purchase is complete, we initialize shipping to the address you provided during checkout.
USA: 2–5 business days
Canada: 8–10 business days
International (33 supported countries): within 2–3 weeks
You'll receive an automated email from [email protected] with a tracking link as soon as your shipment leaves the warehouse.
3. How often your journals arrive
How often journals arrive depends on where you are in your membership:
During the 90-day program: all three journals ship at once, as soon as you enrol — enough for the full 90 days.
On a monthly plan: one journal ships each month.
On an annual plan: journals ship every three months, three at a time — 12 across the year.
You can select annual billing at any time from Membership in the app — including during your 90-day program, in which case the change takes effect at day 91.
You don't need to do anything to trigger the next shipment — it's automatic, using the shipping address on file in your Member Dashboard.
4. How to update your shipping details
Update your address anytime through the ENCODED Web App:
Open the Membership tab
Click Manage Subscription
Update your shipping address inside the Stripe portal
The new address applies to your next shipment forward.

5. Where ENCODED ships
The Anchor Journal ships free to 33 countries for Core and Immersion members, and for the 90-day program's 3-pack. Standalone Journal purchases ship to the same set of countries; shipping fees may apply at checkout depending on destination. If you live in a country not on the shipping list, the Digital Membership is built for you — same software, same training, your own notebook.
