If a new Anchor Journal arrives every month and your membership bills the same amount each cycle, that is expected and it is not a duplicate charge.
On a monthly Core or Immersion plan, your membership ships one Anchor Journal each month. Each journal holds roughly 30 days of guided training, so the monthly delivery keeps your physical practice in sync with your training cycle. On an annual plan the same 12 journals a year arrive three at a time every three months instead, and during the 90-day program all three journals ship at once as soon as you enrol. Your monthly total stays steady because it covers your full membership: app access, your Frequency Maps, and the journal with shipping included.
If you would rather not receive a journal every month, you have options:
Switch to the Digital tier, which keeps full app and training access without a shipped journal. See Digital vs. Core vs. Immersion for a side-by-side comparison.
Move to annual billing, which groups the same 12 journals into a shipment of 3 every three months rather than one a month. You can select annual at any time from Membership — including during your 90-day program, in which case it takes effect at day 91.

Adjust your plan anytime from Membership → Manage Subscription. To pause your plan, email [email protected] with a direct request and we will set it up for you.
If you believe you were charged twice in the same cycle, or received more journals than your plan covers, email [email protected] with your account email and we will review it.
Bottom line: a journal every month is by design on a monthly Core or Immersion plan. Switch to Digital, move to annual billing, or adjust your plan if you would prefer fewer deliveries.
