Short answer: no. Your training cycle runs on a fixed 45-day structure, and there is no setting to change its start date or shift the day counter.
Here is how the timing works:
Your cycle's day count starts when the cycle begins in the app and runs automatically from there.
The core training phases total 45 days, and your next Neuroperformance Assessment unlocks at day 45 of the cycle.
The assessment doesn't expire once it unlocks. You can complete it any time after day 45, and there is no penalty for doing it later.
If your day count doesn't match when you actually started training.
Sometimes the app's counter sits ahead of your practice, for example if you began your daily routines only after your Anchor Journals arrived. The app keeps counting from the original cycle start, so the dashboard day can be ahead of your journal day. That offset doesn't break anything: keep following the routines that are currently unlocked, and treat your next Neuroperformance Assessment as the natural point to realign your training.
If a training day was logged on the wrong date.
That's a different situation, and it can be corrected. If the entry has no journal photos yet, use Undo completion and log it again on the correct day. If it already has submitted journal pages, email [email protected] and we'll correct or move the entry for you. See Can I Edit or Delete a Training Day I Logged by Mistake? for the full detail.
Bottom line: the cycle's timing can't be adjusted manually. Follow what's unlocked, correct any mislogged entries, and use the next Neuroperformance Assessment at day 45 or later to realign your training.
