It depends on how you logged the day. Each routine (Morning Imprinting or Evening Programming) is logged as its own entry, and the same rules apply to both. For how logging works in the first place, see How Do I Log My Daily Training in the Mobile App?
If you marked the routine complete without photos
You can undo it yourself. Open the routine's card, tap the "..." menu, and choose Undo completion. The entry is removed, the card returns to its unlogged state, and your streak updates right away. You can then log the routine again normally.
If you already submitted your journal pages
Once photos of your journal pages have been submitted for an entry, there is no in-app way to edit or delete it. If an entry is wrong (wrong date, a duplicate, or logged by mistake), message us through the app or email [email protected] and we can correct or remove it for you.
If you logged a routine on the wrong date
If it was logged without photos, use Undo completion and relog it on the correct day. If your journal pages were already submitted, contact support and we will move it to the right date.
Requesting full data deletion is a different thing
Full data deletion removes your account data. It isn't a way to correct a single entry, and it isn't the right tool for a date mistake. If you do want it, for example because you're leaving ENCODED and want your information erased, email [email protected] from the address on your account. See How ENCODED Protects Your Data for what that covers and how long it takes.
Want per-entry editing?
Editing an entry's text after submission isn't available in the app today. It's a reasonable ask and it has been raised. If it matters to you, message us through the app or write to [email protected] so it gets counted.
