How Do I Change My Plan or Cancel?

ENCODED Membership currently offers one unified plan, so at this time there are no plan changes or upgrades to select from.

However, you can cancel your membership at any time directly inside your ENCODED account.

Here’s how it works:

1. Log In to Your ENCODED Account

Go to:
👉 app.encoded.ai

Sign in using your email and password.

2. Open the “Membership” Section

Once you're logged in:

  • Click your profile icon (top right)

  • Select Membership from the menu

This page displays your active subscription details.

3. Select “Cancel Membership”

Inside the Membership section, you’ll see a button labeled:

“Cancel Membership”

Click this to start the cancellation process.

4. Your Membership Stays Active Until the End of the Current Billing Cycle

When you cancel:

  • Your membership will remain active through your current 30-day billing period

  • You will not receive any additional charges

  • You will not receive partial refunds for the remaining days (per ENCODED Terms of Service)

After the cycle ends, your access will pause automatically.

5. What Happens When You Cancel

Your access to the following will end at your next billing date:

  • ENCODED Web App

  • Frequency Training system

  • The Frequency Network (The Grid)

  • Monthly Anchor Journal shipments

  • New tools and features as they roll out

You’ll retain your account login, but functionality will be limited.

6. If You Want to Rejoin Later

You can return anytime by logging back into app.encoded.ai and reactivating your subscription.

A new Activation Fee may apply depending on the current offer at the time you rejoin.

Summary

Because ENCODED currently offers only one membership plan:

  • There is no option to change plans.

  • You can cancel at any time inside your Membership settings.

  • Your membership stays active until your current billing cycle ends.

It’s simple and fully self-service.
