Can I Correct My Shipping Address After Ordering?

Yes. If you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, or your situation changed and the order went to the wrong place, our team can fix it.

The fastest way is to email [email protected] with two things:

  • Your order or receipt number (any subject line that includes it is fine).

  • The correct shipping address you want us to use.

What happens next:

  • We process a new shipment to your corrected address.

  • You receive new tracking details by email, usually within 24 hours.

  • We also update your account so any future shipments use the corrected address.

A few notes that come up often:

  • If your original shipment is already in transit, you don't need to chase the carrier. Anything that returns to sender is handled on our end. You won't be billed for the replacement.

  • If your business address and personal address differ, just tell us which one you want as the default.

  • If you only need to update the address for future orders without reshipping the current one, you can update your shipping address details in the Membership Tab inside the ENCODED app.

Bottom line: email us with your correct address and we'll take care of the rest.
