1. Pack options and pricing
The Anchor Journal is sold in three packs:
Single — $29 (30 days, 1 journal)
3-Pack — $79 (90 days, 3 journals — save $8)
6-Pack — $139 (180 days, 6 journals — save $35)
Each journal contains 32 days of Morning and Evening Frequency Training spreads, a section for your Subconscious Reprogramming Blueprint, and 10 lined pages for reflections.
2. Shipping
The Anchor Journal ships to 33 countries. Shipping fees may apply at checkout depending on destination — they're calculated and shown before you pay.
Estimated delivery windows once your order leaves the warehouse:
USA: 2–5 business days
Canada: 8–10 business days
International: within 2–3 weeks

If your country isn't on the shipping list, the journal can't be sent directly to you. The digital ENCODED experience (the $149 one-month Frequency Map or the Digital Membership at $629/year or $79/month) is available worldwide.
3. Do I need to be a member to buy the journal?
No. The journal shop is open to anyone. You can buy and use the Anchor Journal without an ENCODED membership.
That said, the journal is the physical training tool of a larger system. To get the most out of it, you'll want a Frequency Imprinting Blueprint — your personalized set of identity statements, empowering beliefs, and encoded certainties — to write into the journal each day. The Blueprint comes from the Frequency Mapping process, which is part of every ENCODED plan, including the one-time $149 one-month Frequency Map.
Without a Blueprint, the journal still works as a structured reflection tool, but you won't be running the full Frequency Training methodology.

You don't need an account to purchase. If you have an ENCODED account, log in first so the order links to your profile and future shipping updates are easier.
5. Address changes and returns
Address changes after purchase: Email [email protected] with your order number and corrected address. If we catch it before the package ships, we'll update it. If it's already in transit, we'll arrange a reshipment once it returns to sender.
Returns: Sealed, unused journals can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping. Used journals are non-returnable.
Damaged in transit: Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
6. Difference vs. the membership journals
If you're on Core or Immersion, your 12 journals per year are already included and ship automatically in quarterly batches of 3 if on an annual plan, or monthly, if you are on a monthly plan. You don't need the standalone shop unless you want extras.
If you're on Digital, the membership doesn't include journals — the standalone shop is the way to add them.
