What Happens When My Membership Ends?

What you keep and what stops when a membership or the 90-Day Program ends, and how to resume, re-subscribe, or pause.

Ending a membership does not erase your work. Here is what stays, what stops, and how to come back.

What you keep

You keep read access to your past reports. Your Neuroperformance Profiles and Training Blueprints stay available to view.

What requires an active membership

Starting a new Neuroperformance Assessment requires an active membership. If yours has ended, you'll need to subscribe again before beginning your next assessment.

If you cancel a membership

Cancelling does not cut you off right away. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you can resume the membership if you change your mind.

If you cancel mid-cycle

You keep access to the app until the end of the subscription cycle you've already paid for. Nothing shuts off the moment you cancel.

That means:

  • A Neuroperformance Assessment that becomes available before that end date can still be completed.

  • After the paid cycle ends, starting a new assessment requires an active membership again.

If you want to come back later on the same membership type, email [email protected].

After Activation

After your first month with ENCODED Activation, your membership continues automatically on Digital at $79/month. If you'd rather continue on a different plan, or not continue at all, go to My account on the web. You can view, change, or cancel the upcoming renewal there.

Re-subscribing later

You can re-subscribe from the web whenever you're ready. The re-subscribe screen shows a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you need a pause

If you expect to come back, a pause may fit better than cancelling. On a monthly plan you can pause for 1, 2 or 3 months yourself: open My account, click Cancel membership, and choose the pause option. On an annual plan, email [email protected] and we'll set it up. See How to Cancel or Adjust Your ENCODED Plan for how a pause works.
